I wanted to surprise Terry with a lemon cake. It turned our very good. It was a bundt cake with a lemon glaze

These are fondant plaques that I used stencils on in my airbrush class. The butterfly wings are made of rice paper.

Greg's Birthday

Greg's 60th birthday. We had to do an Angles cake for our favorite Angles fan.

Grapefruit Cake

I decided to try to make a Grapefruit Cake that is a recipe from the old Brown Derby restaurant. I didn't love it but it wasn't bad.
