Tami asked me to make a cake for the Ontario High School football teams banquet.

Nick and Tiffany's Wedding Cake

The theme for the wedding was Tiffany's as in Tiffany & Co. Everything was done in Tiffany blue. It was stunning. I made three cakes that looked like Tiffany boxes. It was quite an ordeal when the frosting melted off the cake on the trip down in the heat. Fortunately, I was able to fix it in my hotel room the day of the wedding.
